How to have a sexy flat tummy?

I'm going to kill some mat rempits!! ahahaaaa No lah! Was kidding. I'm just thinking to go for a new mission of dieting. Not a YoYo diet ah..

I know lots of people are going for a healthy diet now. Not only to get rid some extra kilos but also for health purpose. Good for them. (who want to have a clog arteries, right?)

In my case, I wanted to lose some of my weight that mostly accumulated in the waist area. Oh!! and not to forget my giant thigh. I've read somewhere that having lots of fat around the waist area indicating not so healthy heart. (hmmm..forgotten where i've read it). Though I've lost a remarkable amount of weight from my second pregnancy (17kg if i'm not mistaken), the remaining 3.5Kg decided to reside permanently in my body. If i'm tall, then ok lah..It won't make a big difference to me, but I'm barely 5ft, so the extra pounds pretty obvious for everyone to see.
If you are thinking that my body is OK, YES..my body is ok, but my tummy is not. Since i had my daughter 16 months ago, the extra 3 inches of waist measurement been staying there until now. No matter what i did, the 3 inches just didn't want to go away. How lah?? Most of my clothes are XS size oh. So cannot fit already. Upper part ok..down tu waist part, bulging tummy is proud showing itself for the whole world to see. Malu oh!
So..i'm seeking for advice for a way to trim down my tummy without using the U-zap tummy trimmer!. (Even hubby been hinting about my flabby bulging tummy). Do you think doing sit-up will make a change? Is there any way to slim down the tummy and thigh only?

Sama la kita! That part of my waist pun bikin geram! But ever since I cut down on my rice ada kurang sikit la, but still not flat yet!! I'm working on it!! Hehe.. And betul tu about fat around the waist area contributes to heart problems!

emmm, I oso wanna know how to hv a flat tummy... u ok 3" ja, u hv to see mine 6" mangkali tu and then ada corak2 lagi... I think my GorgeousHunk malas sudah mau cakap coz begitu2 juga... since son's birth until now... so sad...*sigh*

Syura ~ Me also want to reduce makan nasi, u think makan bubur ok kah tu?

mslabidin ~ ada corak?? hehe mine also ada bah..can even see dalam my pix tu..adeh apa macam lah kita mau buang nie extra lemak nie ah??

Exercise and healthy living is the key. That's mean exercise+healthy food.

Try jogging + little bit of toning workout as a start and then slowly increase it bit by bit( your workout routine)

Eat more frequent but lil serving..that will help you too.

Adeh banyak you can do and try actually kadus mama..but not all exercise or diet routine will help you juga tu..you need to try it out dulu sampai kau boleh cari what work for you

emelda ~ Healthy Food ?? *Gulp* part paling susah ni..
I will try to reduce my food intake lah nie..and start excercising..kalau nda..habis lah perut besar nie.

Ini yang the hardest part ni. If paha, never mind la as long as itu tummy flat okay sudah. Sit up memang effective tu, Cuz, coz dulu2sya rajin buat trus slim konon tu perut, tapi malas sudah sya mo buat.

Choc mint ~ Iya bah cuz! Punya main susah mau kasi kempis perut nie..tu paha kira optional lah bah tu..if can reduce the size bagus juga..but tummy area ni..ish ish..mesti mau kasi hilang..will try to do sit up lah dulu nie..hopefully dapat lah

Diet mmg bagus tapi semasa berdiet tu, pastikan badan kita tetap masih mendapat nutrien yang diperlukan :D
Ada cara baitu mau kasih kurang tu lemak tapi panjang gia mau kasih explain di sini :D

i think your tummy is not so bad lah..not so bulging actually..still can cover if you wear a slightly longer shirt maa..

and don't forget..almost all the married woman and some more got babies already..the tummy is already stretched you see..so no matter how you do sit up or exercise..you can't get rid of that 'extra' tummy.

maybe toning exercise might work lah..but usually not 100% your tummy will get back to how it used to be when you're still single and no children. The only way most people do is to have a tummy-tuck..if you have money and don't mind to go under the knife lah.

so don't worry so much about kadusmama...you are lucky that your other parts still look good..other married woman maybe slim when they were young and single and no children..but after that become soooo fat!! Hehehe..just be proud of what you have ok? Take care

Anon ~ wah!! suddenly you make me feel so good about my body..Thank you! Actually i want to tone down my tummy for health purpose too..you know the correlation of heart problems and fatty round tummy..mine is not that bad..but i better take a prevention step from now...thanx for making me feel better anyway..

try sit up... but do it properly. wrong position can cause yer back ache.. lagi susah hidup kau tu...
If you're a man i already ask you to stop drinking beer.. but u not.. so just follow what emelda advise :)

eh..i don't drink alcohol ah! hehe ada dua tin lagi my beer sini opis..simpan tapi tia minum..

Sikit saja tu.. but if its getting bigger try Ogawa Magic (slim) Belt, it helped me; can also be use on the thigh.

My housemate said go to slimworld if we want to have a sexy tummy, the cost is about RM2+++ la, matila membayar!!hehe
