It's 3.30pm...and I'm almost dead for trying to open my eyes wide open.. I don't know why I'm soooo sleepy... Keep yawning for the 100 times, and eyes are getting smaller and smaller... Hope i won't fall asleep while doing my work (Telampau banyak keja today)... But I'm feeling myself drifting to sleeping mode.. In 10 minutes I'm sure I'm going to ZZzzZZzZzZZzZz!!! . . . . ZzZZzZzz...ZzzZzzz...Zzzzzzzz

Teringat pula cerita kwn sa time 10 weeks ROS, preparation b4 praktikum mengajar. Taulah so many activities in maktab so exhausted lah pi sekolah. Bkn mengajar tp tgk guru2 senior mengajar. End up tertidur siap terlimpang lagi di library. Ko tau apa yg kasi bangun kawan sa, tiba2 budak kelas sebelah teriak woi... jan bising. Cikgu2 tidur di sebelah LOL...

Kalau masa kelas..wah me raja mengantuk last time..datang jak the physic, within 5 minutes mesti sia tidur..hehehe mula2 dia bising..but lama2 dia kasi biar jak sia tidur..ekekekee

3 pm is the time where people get sleepy. When you feel so, don't force to wake because it isn't going to make you any good. Go take a short nap and you'll feel fresh once more.
Furthermore, according to the book, a short nap improves NASA pilot by a significant percentage of concentration.

sleep ja la apa juga... heehe. when you wake up, fresh balik tu. next time can do like that... that reminds me, I need to sleep... it's 4pm sth... yaaawn.
