Learn to help others

I got an email forwarded by my friend this afternoon, and after reading it, i'm 100% sure i wanted to share the story with you guys..!! So just read saja lah ya..
A holy man was having a conversation with God one day and said, ' God , I would like to know what Heaven and Hell are like.'
God led the holy man to two doors.
He opened one of the doors and the holy man looked in.
In the middle of the room was a large round table. In the middle of the table was a large pot of stew, which smelled delicious and made the holy man's mouth water.
The people sitting around the table were thin and sickly. They appeared to be famished.
They were holding spoons with very long handles, that were strapped to their arms and each found it impossible to reach into the pot of stew and take a spoonful.
But because the handle was longer than their arms, they could not get the spoons back into their mouths.
The holy man shuddered at the sight of their misery and suffering.
God said, 'You have seen Hell.'
They went to the next room and opened the door. It was exactly the same as the first one.
There was the large round table with the large pot of stew which made the holy man's mouth water.
The people were equipped with the same long-handled spoons, but herethe people were well nourished and plump, laughing and talking. The holy man said, 'I don't understand.'
It is simple,' said God . 'It requires but one skill.
You see they have learned to feed each other, while the greedy think only of themselves.'
So...look at ourselves.! Are we like those greedy people in Hell or like those happy people in heaven??

What a tragedy..

Refer to previous post...

So, what had actually happend yesterday?? What had caused the accident in a first place? Well, let me relate my sister's story as she was there to witness the whole traumatised accident...

It was the most anticipated event for the whole 'kampung' people as they were allowed to fish at the nearby 'Bom-bon' (The river at Kg. Malangang, Kiulu where the village folks breed fresh water fishes in it). For your info, nobody is allowed to do any fishing at the Bom-bon except one particular day (in the month of Nov, if i'm not mistaken la). For some reasons (which i don't know what), the villager is allowed to fish there (yesterday) only with a fish pole with no net at all. Oh! If you think to 'curi-curi' fishing at the Bom-bon, you are definitely going to be 'sogit' by the kampung. Don't play..play oh! They say, there is a spirit looking after the place.
So yesterday, my BIL's nephew who rarely see any river in his whole life, for the first time went to join my nephews to swim at the river. My sister said, the moment he saw the water flowing, he got toooooooo excited and forgot about all the advices given by nephews not to swim far away from the river bank.(He cannot swim at all). It was only few minutes he swam, when all of sudden he went to dive at the very very deeeeeeeeeep part of the river. One moment he was so happy swimming around with my nephews, the next thing they know he was already inside the water. My nephew Aaron said, there was something inside the water that pull his cousin inside. (SCARRRRRRYYYY!!!!). My nephews and sister screamed on top of their lungs asking for everybody's help. My two brothers, BIL and the whole kampung male population dived inside the water to help BIL's nephew. It wasn't easy job for them as the current was pretty strong. The other people at the downpart of the river were quick to make a line from end-to-end of the bank to ensure the nephew won't pass through them.
Gallivanter corrected me not use the word drown as it means the person is already dead. There wasn't any mistakes when i said the nephew drowned for 3 minutes yesterday because when they managed to pull him out, he was no longer breathing, he already turned blue and the abdomen was sooooooo bloated with water. Thank God my two brothers and BIL have the experience to do CPR and they took turned performing CPR on the nephew. They were lucky because after few attempts, the nephew vomitted lotssss of water + blood + and even sand.
My brother drove the nephew to the nearby hospital (which is in Tuaran) like a mad person. Of course i don't know how fast he drove, but my sister say..It was really fast. Short after reaching Tuaran hospital, the nephew was transferred to Queen Elizabeth Hopital for futher treatment as he was really..really in a bad condition...! His lung was severed and his stomach had to be cleaned promptly. (he drank toooo much water + sand).
My mom, went to talk to the nephew and keep asking him to fight for his life. She pray and pray and pray, hoping the nephew will somehow hears her prayer and regain his consciousness.
Whatever happend yesterday was pretty scary and traumatized experience for the whole villagers as never in their life they have to witness near death incident.
But that was yesterday, today...i received a good news from my sister a while ago. When they visited him, the nephew has already woke up and has been crying non-stop. So kesian! He was so traumatized until he cannot even stop crying! Another good news is, no damaged found to his brain as he is able to recognize family members who visited him..imagine the damage it could do to the brain without Oxygen for 3 minutes...*sigh*
So here I am, thanking all of you who keep BIL's nephew in your prayer. With all the prayers he recieved, God really keep him safe for his family. Thanx you again.....

Help me to pray..

I'm not supposed to be blogging right now..but i really need a prayer from everybody for somebody in our family.
I received quite a bad news from my sister this evening. My brother-in law's nephew drowned for 3 minutes today's afternoon during a fishing session. He is 12 years old and supposed to be sitting for his UPSR soon. He is in ICU in KK now with a very critical condition. The Dr. say he only has 50% chance of surviving as his lung is in pretty bad shape now and he will be monitored for 24 hours to determine whether he will survives this accident or not.
So here I am, hoping everyone to pray for him and hope he will be alright. I will tell the details of accident when i have the time.
Right now, let us pray for him...
