Way to get a flat belly..

New year 2009 is 1 month ++ away and this year, i have many resolutions for the new year 2009. Hehe and one of them is to get a a flat and sexy belly. MUST! MUST! MUST!

But what suddenly make me want to have a flat belly??? Well, you can blame my old picture (as below). I was reading my book last night when this photo fall out of no where. For minutes, i stare at my photo and uwahhhhhh!!!!!! I want my old body back!!!! You see, i was in a slim side before i gave birth both my kids few years ago. I had a perfect (kononya lah!!) 34-23-36 figure which become 33-26-37 now! (aik!! why the top one decrease size ah??? hahaha). After i gave birth son, i managed to get rid all the excessive fat around my tummy area and got back my pre-pregnancy weight and shape within 6 months time. But in daughter case, nope!! the extra fat proudly sticking at my belly and no matter what i did, i still have this protuding belly which is quite an ugly sight for me. Eventhough i managed to shed almost 22kg of the pregnancy weight, my tummy still have this bulge and i don't know what else i should do to get back my 'tiny-miny' waist. :( Even my 'no rice diet' not working anymore.

And now???? Not only stretch marks all over my tummy area, but i also have unsightly bulging belly (recycle photo).

It's time for me to try the Flat Belly Diet to get back my 'flat tummy'. Hmmmm..what is Flat belly diet you say?? It's a programme that one can use to lose the extra fat and get a nice and sexy belly within a very short time period.

I haven't try this diet yet, but of course i will try it soon. I've read some of it rules and i kinda like it as this diet plan allows me to eat my favourite food like chocolate and nuts. Hehee (favourite foods nie)

I've read few testimonials of successful dieters, and hmmmmm...this program do sound good and not that hard to follow you know. Because of that, 'i'll give a try on this diet plan for a month and see if there will be any changes on my belly size. Hehe Don't worry, i'll make sure you guys updated about it. At the mean time, anybody who is interested on this diet plan can check from the website for more info. I hope we can do this together and get a flat belly before Year 2009.!!!!

Finally..

Early this year, when i just started in my blogging career (haha!! hey its my second job what!!), i posted one post about one particular book that i've been waiting for 9 months now. I looked for it in our local bookstores like MPH, Kinokuniya and even Boarders, and yes..only the hardcover version is available. If i follow my heart like i did last time, i don't really mind spending RM120 for Julie Garwood's books as it worth with the satisfaction i got from reading her book. But i don't know why i don't want to spend my $$ for her new released book, Shadow Music. It's the first time i can wait for the paperback version which is only due to be released sometime this december or maybe next year.

However, since i start ebaying myself this one month...what do you know..si kaDusMama went to search for Shadow Music in ebay and..yipeeeeeee!!!! I found one which is very..very cheap! I bid the hardcover book for $4.25 and just now, i received a msg informing that i won the book i bid!!! hahhahahahaaa!!! Happynya!!!!!!!!!!

I still haven't make my payment yet as i need to re-confirm the postage fee before i can get my book. The last time i checked from the seller (the seller is in US), the shipment cost will be $11.50 (nah lagi mahal dari the book itself). So...$4.25 + $11.50 = RM55! See...i can save some money for this harcover book kan??? I know its not a brand new book, but based from the other buyers comments, all the books from the seller are in a very good condition and that what's important kan???

bah..i just received another 2 msgs that i've won the items i bid recently!! Haha Die lah like this!! If i don't control myself from now on, i will end-up bidding every items i fancy in ebay. I already made 1 payment for 1 top i won last night, and tonight i need to pay another 2 items (actually its for my daughter). Ayoooo..habis lah like!! All blogging money spent in ebay pulak!!! Mau kasi kuat semangat control lah like this!!!!!

*i think in 3 hours from now, i will win another item i bid yesterday lah!!! hahaha

The nearest book i managed to grab is "Shadow Dance" by Julie Garwood. Yeah!! She is my favourite author in the whole wide world. Anyway, the sentence is...

Nothing can give a clue what this book is about, right? heheheeeee Nevermind, if you are a hopeless romantic novel reader like me, I'm sure you are going to love this book very much.

My favourite author Julie Garwood has a new book!!
I love her book so much that i have almost all of her books..
Well this book was out last Dec 07, so i'm not sure whether it is available in the bookstore yet.
If it is already in Malaysian market..i have to buy the Hardcover book which cost about RM110.00..Should i wait for the paperback book to come out or just grab the hardcover book??? i don't know actually..will see if i can resist myself from buying the this book when i see it!!

*All her books are very good..try reading one..hehe
